In 1962, Casavant built an organ with mechanical slider chests for the chapel of the Séminaire de Saint-Jean in Saint-Jean, Québec. The organ was transferred in 1973 to the chapel of the abbey in Saint-Benoît-du-Lac, but was still owned by the Séminaire. In 1991 the Casavant organ was sold to the parish of Saint-Paul in Bas-Caraquet. It was lost to a fire on June 25, 2018.
