The organ contains older material: Pipes from 1824/1846/1859 by William Hill & Sons, Pipes from 1897 by Thomas Hill, Pipes from 1966 by Norman & Beard Hill
De firma Wood bouwde in 1998 een nieuw vierklaviers orgel voor Saint Asaph Cathedral. Bij de bouw werd veel pijpwerk overgenomen uit het vorige orgel. Dit instrument werd oorspronkelijk gebouwd in drie fasen door de firma Hill & Son in 1824, 1846 en 1859, is daarna herbouwd en uitgebreid in 1897 door Thomas Hill en nogmaals omgebouwd door Hill, Norman & Beard in 1966.
