In 1856 bouwde Gray & Davison een nieuw orgel voor Saint Thomas' Church aan Regent Street in London. Het instrument is nadien ingrijpend verbouwd, onder andere in 1923 door de firma Noterman en in 1948 door de firma Willis. Het kerkgebouw werd in de jaren zestig van de twingiste eeuw buiten gebruik gesteld en is in 1972 afgebroken. Het orgel werd in gewijzigde vorm door de firma Mander in 1966 overgeplaatst naar de Church of Saint Silas and All Saints in Pentonville.
