Built by: Jean Eustache (1687)
The organ in the church of Saint-Matthieu in Perpignan was built in the years 1685-1687 by Jean Eustache. But the interior was replaced in 1815 by a new organ by Honoré Grinda, which was expanded in 1835 by the same builder. Baptiste Puget modernized the organ in 1865, giving the instrument a more romantic character. In the years 2007-2009 the organ has been restored by Laurent Plet.
