In 1976 Marcussen & Søn built an organ for Ry Kirke. It has ten stops, and was placed in a niche of the church. In 2020-2021, a new organ was built for the church by the same company. The old organ was sold and, after an overhaul by Marcussen & Søn, was transferred to Immanuelskirken in Kolding.
