Built by: Forster & Andrews (1891)
In 1891, the Forster & Andrews company built a two-manual organ for the parish church of Maybole in Scotland. The front pipes were given a beautiful painting. In 1928 this painting was concealed under a layer of tin foil. After the church building was closed in 2005, the organ was purchased by Fokke Feenstra and completely restored. The foil of the front pipes has been removed and the paintwork has been restored. In 2011 the organ was built in the Johannes-Baptista-Kirche in Forchheim. It was inaugurated here on April 24, 2011.
