Het orgel in de kerk van Puttenham werd oorspronkelijk in 1887 gebouwd door de firma Hill & Son. In 1910 is het verplaatst naar de noordzijde van het koor, en in 1953 naar de zuidzijde. In 1971 is het instrument geheel herbouwd door Hill, Norman & Beard. Daarbij werd het pijpwerk uit 1887 hergebruikt en uitgebreid met nieuw materiaal.
