Built by: Jean-Baptiste Ghys (1888)
In 1888 Jean-Baptiste Ghys built a two-manual organ for the Église Saint-Ferjeux in Besançon. It was overhauled by Jules Bossier in 1930. The church is now a basilica, dedicated to Saint-Ferjeux and Saint-Ferréol. The organ was rebuilt and expanded by the Roethinger firm in 1949. A third manual has been added (Positif) with pneumatic action and a cone chest. In 1988 the organ was restored by Jean-Marc Cicchero.
