Het orgel in de North Avenue Presbyterian Church in Atlanta is in 1973 gebouwd door de firma Ruffatti. Bij de bouw is echter veel materiaal overgenomen uit het vorige orgel van de kerk. Dit werd in 1901 gebouwd als opus 50 van Austin, in 1939 door dezelfde firma uitgebreid en in 1961 omgebouwd door de Wicks Organ Company als opus 2136. Het was een drieklaviers orgel met 26 stemmen. Het nieuwe orgel heeft 50 stemmen.
