- After the construction of a new Protestant church in Yverdon in the years 1753-1757, the organ maker Adrien Joseph Potier was commissioned to build a two-manual organ. The beautiful instrument had nineteen stops and was put into use in 1766. In 1877 the organ was restored by Jean-Joseph Savoy. The disposition was hereby modified. Finally, in the years 1925/1926 it was completely renewed by Bernard Tschanun. The organ was replaced by a pneumatic instrument with three manuals and 46 stops. The old prospect and two registers were reused, as well as some pipes. In January 1927 this organ was put into use.
- In 1982, the organ was restored by the Manufacture de Grandes Orgues de Genève. They electrified the pneumatic action. In 1997, the Manufacture d'Orgues de Saint-Martin was commissioned to rebuild the organ with mechanical action and slider chests. The instrument has not been reconstructed in its original state, but Pottier's registers that were still partially or wholly present have been reconstructed. The pipework of the Récit is all from Tschanun. The renovated organ was inaugurated on November 2, 2007 with a concert by Guy Bovet.
