Carl Theodor Kuhn built an organ for the Temple in Morges in 1895. The instrument was dedicated in February 1896. It had pneumatic action and membrane chests, 29 stops and three manuals. In 1951-1952, Kuhn built a new organ in the 1896 organ case. Consultants were Eric Schmidt and Charles Faller. The organ was built with slider chests and mechanical key action. The new organ was dedicated on March 16, 1952.
A new organ was built by Orgelbau Ahrend in 2022. It is placed in the organ case from 1896. This instrument was dedicated on November 27, 2022. A special concert was given, in which six organists participated: François Margot, Martine Reymond, Jean-Pierre Hartmann, Carine Delpierre, Pierre Porret and Anne-Lise Vuilleumier Luy. The latter, organist of the Temple since 1986, was consultant during the construction process.
