  • The organ in Hagnau was built in 1903 by the company Xaver Mönch. The original prospect piipes were removed in 1917, and were not replaced by zinc copies until 1930, also by Xaver Mönch. A new console with a larger pedal size (27 tones) and more playing aids was also installed.
  • The Mönch company restored the organ in 1967. A subsequent restoration took place in 1982 by Graf Hubertus von Kerssenbrock, who supplied new tin front pipes and expanded the second manual with two registers. In 1994 the organ, now protected as a monument, was restored by the grandson of the builder, Hans Mönch. The slide added in 1982 was retained, but now it is filled with matching registers. Consultants were Martin Dücker and Klaus Könner.
