Het orgel in Saint Mary's in Bathwick is gebouwd in 1878 door de firma Willis. Het oude orgel van de kerk werd verkocht naar Salisbury en staat tegenwoordig in het Musikinstrumenten-Museum in Berlijn. Het nieuwe orgel werd in 1894 voltooid. In 1904 volgde een verbouwing door de firma Hele & Co. In 1931/1932 is het orgel herbouwd door de firma Hill, Norman & Beard. Zij maakten nieuwe kegelladen en legden een pneumatische tractuur aan. In 1980 is het instrument gereviseerd door de firma Eustace & Alldridge.
