Saint Paul's Church in Albany werd gebouwd in de jaren 1827-1829 en is op 23 augustus 1829 in gebruik genomen. De gemeente verhuisde in 1863 naar een nieuwe kerk aan Lancaster Street. Deze kerk is in 1964 verkocht ten behoeve van de bouw van een nieuwbouwproject. Ook het orgel werd verkocht, een Hutchings-orgel uit 1915, dat enkele malen was verbouwd. Aan Hackett Bouelevard verrees de huidige kerk, ontworpen door Donald Stephens, die op 7 april 1966 in gebruik werd genomen. Voor de nieuwe kerk bouwde de firma Casavant een drieklaviers orgel. Adviseur bij de bouw was Clarence A. Hollister, organist van de kerk. De orgelklank en -dispositie zijn geïnspireerd door het werk van de firma Marcussen & Søn. Op 25 april 1966 gaf Vernon De Tar het inauguratieconcert. In 1999 werd een Zimbelstern geplaatst, geschonken door Clyde W. Childs ter herinnering aan zijn vrouw Patricia.
