The organ in the Église Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes in La Madeleine was dedicated on October 16, 1952. It was played by André Marchal. The instrument has been built by Victor Gonzalèz. The construction was commissioned as early as 1936. Gonzalèz built an organ, which was exhibited at the world exhibition in Paris in 1937. It had to be placed in church the same year, but for several reasons never came to La Madeleine. After the Second World War, Gonzalèz built the current three-manual organ.
