In de kapel van het Radcliffe Infirmary in Oxford staat een orgel van Holdich, gebouwd rond 1860. De orgelkas is zeer eenvoudig. In 1947 werd aan het orgel gewerkt door H. Mears. R.H. Walker voerde in 1968 een restauratie uit. Opvallend is het Swell Organ, dat op één stem na loopt van c-klein. Het groot octaaf van Swell is permanent gekoppeld aan Great.
