Built by: Driver & Co. (1925)
Met de bouw van de Lutherse Kerk in Dubulti werd begonnen in 1902. De architect was Wilhelm Bokslaf, die het gebouw ontwierp in Jugendstil. Het gebouw werd in 1909 in gebruik genomen. In 1962 is de kerk gesloten en werd het gebouw omgebouwd tot museum. In 1991 is het na een restauratie weer als kerk in gebruik genomen. In 1999 kocht men een oud engels orgel met drie manualen en pedaal. Het orgel werd in 1925 gebouwd door de firma Driver & Co. voor Haggate Baptist Chapel, Nelson Road, Briercliffe, Burnley in Engeland. Deze kapel was in 1866 gebouwd maar verkeerde in bouwvallige staat. In 2001 is de kapel afgebroken. Het orgel werd eveneens in 2001 in gebruik genomen in Dubulti.
