- The organ in the Église Saint-Étienne of Bayonne was built by the company Merklin-Schütze. The instrument was dedicated on September 15, 1864. The company Pesce et Fils arried out a restoration in 1964. They added a Plein Jeu and a Doublette to Grand Orgue and built an independent pedal, with a transmission from Grand Orgue.
- The church is nowadays out of use for church services and the building is in use as a museum.
