De orgelbouwers Martin Goetze en Dominic Gwynn bouwden in 1999/2000 een nieuw orgel voor Magdalene College Chapel. Het instrument is ontworpen in klassiek engelse stijl, geïnspireerd door het werk van Bernhard "Father" Smith.
