2003 Mühleisen Orgelbau  restoration and enlargement

In 1953, the Weigle company built a choir organ for the Stiftskirche in Stuttgart. Consultant was Walter Lutz. The front was designed by H. Seytter. The organ has been renovated in 2003 by the Mühleisen company. The Sesquialter and Mixtur of the first manual were fitted with a 'Vorabzug' (half draw) for a single chorus. The pedal was expanded with a Trompete 8', which is made from the old Trompete 16' of the previous main organ. This rank replaces the original Flöte 4' with extension Flöte 2'.
