  • In 1964-1968, the organ of the Sankt Pancratiuskirche in Ostramondra was transferred to the Marienkirche, because the Pancratiuskirche was closed. This is an organ case from 1720. Johann Michael Hartung built an organ in this case in 1744, that was converted in 1867 by Johann Friedrich Gerhardt. It was transferred by Lothar Heinze, and in fact a new organ was built with the material in the organ case from 1720.
  • Bruno Döring started a restoration in 2004. The restoration was completed in 2013 by Kilian Gottwald.
