The organ contains older material: from 1908 by Gebrüder Dinse
In 1908 the Dinse company built an organ for the Kirche Zum Heiligen Kreuz in Berlin-Wilmersdorf. The prospect and a part of wooden pipes of this organ have been preserved. In 1937 the instrument was completely rebuilt by Alexander Schuke. War damage was repaired provisionally in 1945. After this, the organ was still maintained, among others by Kemper and Noeske. In 2021 Alexander Schuke carried out a restoration, restoring the situation of 1937. The Fagott 16' of the third manual has been replaced with a Gambe 8'.
