In 1820 voltooide Johann Simon Buchholz een orgel met één manuaal en vrij pedaal voor de Dorfkirche te Gristow. Het instrument had 15 stemmen. In 1886 bouwde Barnim Grüneberg het om tot een tweeklaviers orgel, waarbij de dispositie werd uitgebreid tot 17 stemmen. In 1998 is het orgel door Kristian Wegscheider gerestaureerd en teruggebracht in de oorspronkelijke staat van 1820.
