- In 1929/1930, the Möller Organ Company built a new organ for the First Congregational Church in Madison, Connecticut. The organ is dedicated to the memory of Thomas G. Shepard. It was designed with three manuals and pedal, but the construction took into account an extension with an Echo Organ. However, this has never been realised.
- Thompson-Allen carried out a restoration in 1986/87. In 2004, part of the ceiling collapsed during works in the church, which damaged the organ. The damage was repaired by Thompson-Allen after the works were completed.
