The Evangelische Kirche in Sonnborn was inaugurated on October 3, 1926. Paul Faust built a large two-manual organ with a wide extended front, which was completed in 1928. The stop list is no longer the original. Paul Faust himself modified the organ under the influence of the Orgelbewegung. Remarkable is the Prinzipal of the Rückpositiv, the only stop in this case, which is playable from the first manual. In 2006, the Stockmann company concluded a restoration.
