In 1977, the company Schwelmer Orgelbau Jürgen Dahlbüdding KG built a new organ for the Evangelische Kirche in Goch. Consultants were Margot Hoffmann and Almut Rößler. The organ was presented on June 13, 1977. It was played by Margot Hoffmann, in collaboration with the boys' choir Laubacher Kantorei. After an inspection on June 24, 1977 by mr. Bumann, it was officially inaugurated on June 26, 1977 during a festive church service. During the summer of 1977, the organ case was painted under the direction of Erich John.
