1991 Karl Schuke  rebuild

  • In 1936 Alexander Schuke built a new three manual organ for the Johannes-Kirche in Berlin-Frohnau. The facade was designed by the architects Walter and Johannes Krüger. The instrument was inspected on January 8, 1937. It has been kept unaltered since then.
  • In 1990-1991, the organ has been rebuilt by Karl Schuke. The Taschenladen were replaced by mechanical slider chests, and the key action would be made mechanically. The Crescendo-Walze has been removed and a modern Setzer Combination Action was installed. The were also some alterations to the stop list.
