Bâti par: Orglarska Delavnica Maribor (1993) - opus 16
L'orgue comprend le parent le matériel: Organ case de 1707 de Klaus Rensch
In the choir of Ljubljana Cathedral, two Baroque organ cases are arranged symmetrically. The left case (gospel side) contains a historic organ, built in the early eighteenth century, possibly in 1707. The maker is unknown. It is presumed that it was the Italian Bialdo Covlere, but it is also possible that he only made the organ cases. If that's true, the organ was possibly built by Andrej Sebastian Wallenstein, organ maker in Ljubljana in the years 1703-1706. It is also said that the organ had been constructed by Janez Janeček in 1739. The organ was rebuilt in 1993 by the company Škovijska Orglarska Delavnica. There is hardly any old material left.
