- Thomas Jann built a new main organ in the 1724/1725 case of the Stiftkirche in Altötting in 1999/2000. This organ case was constructed by Johann Georg Fux. The new organ was dedicated on September 23, 2000 with a play by Ludwig Ruckdeschel. The choir organ can also be played from the main organ. There is also a mobile console in the choir of the church, from which both organs can be played.
- The new organ replaced a 1963 instrument by Ludwig Wastlhuber with forty stops.
