De kerk van Blair Atholl is in 1854 gebouwd. Het orgel werd rond 1880 gebouwd door John R. Miller, orgelmaker in Dundee. Het is in de oorspronkelijke staat bewaard gebleven tot 2005. In dat jaar voerde David W. Loosley een restauratie uit, waarbij de oorspronkelijke Viole d'Orchestre van het Swell werd vervangen door een Voix Celeste.
