  • Veikko Virtanen built a new sixteen-stop organ for Pakilan Kirkko in Helsinki in 1959. The front only has wooden pipes. The church building was built in 1949-1950 and was designed by Yrjö Vaskinen. Consultant for the construction of the organ was Harald Andersén. The organ was completed at the end of March 1959.
  • After the construction of a new church next to the existing one, the old part has remained in use for smaller gatherings. Virtanen's organ has remained standing.
