  • The organ in the Sankt Wendelinuskirche in Wallerode is an early instrument of Johannes Klais, built in 1883-1884. The organ was donated to the church by Mrs. Gustav Nikolai from Wiesbaden. It is a small organ, originally with four stops and pulldown pedal.
  • In 1917, the prospect pipes were removed. They were replaced by new pipes in 1925, when the company Stahlhuth renovated the instrument. The original location of the organ was on the gallery at the westside of the nave, above the entrance of the church. After the Second World War the organ was relocated to a new gallery on the southside of the choir.
  • The organ was enlarged with a new stop around 1980. Georges Baltes restored the instrument in 1992. During this work the bellows were renewed, new prospect pipes were installed and a Cornet was added.
