De firma Rieger bouwde in 2008 een nieuw orgel voor de Stadtpfarrkirche in Aalen. De dispositie is opgesteld door Burkhard Goethe, en deze is in frans-romantische stijl ontworpen. Van het oude orgel is het front opnieuw gebruikt, maar in gewijzigde vorm.
