- The organ case of the organ in the old Stiftskirche of Rottenbuch was built by Balthasar Freiwiß in 1747. The old interior has been lost. In 1962 Guido Nenninger built a new three-manual organ in the old cases. Remarkable is the small positive that is located above the instrument.
- The organ was restored and reconstructed in 2018-2022 by Johannes Klais Orgelbau. The situation of 1747 has largely been restored. The Gamba 8' (Hauptwerk) dates from the restoration in 1878 by Max and Franz Borgias Maerz.
