Saint Michael's Church in Linlithgow kreeg in 1877 een nieuw orgel aan de westzijde van het schip, gebouwd door Harrison & Harrison. Het orgel stond op een galerij. Het werd in 1977 verbouwd en op de kerkvloer geplaatst. Het is echter in 2002 vervangen door een ander orgel, gebouwd in 1912 door Henry Willis voor het Queen Ethelburga's College in Harrogate. Dit orgel was in 1958 door Harrison & Harrison gerestaureerd en werd nu zonder wijzigingen overgeplaatst door Matthew Copley. Hierbij is het opnieuw gerestaureerd en uitgebreid met enkele stemmen. Op 18 november 2002 is het in gebruik genomen.
