Ter nagedachtenis aan William Reid liet diens zoon William Cramb Reid in de jaren 1929-1933 een nieuw kerkgebouw bouwen. Onder advies van Alfred Hollins bouwde de firma Rushworth & Dreaper een orgel voor de kerk. Het orgel is zonder front achter een rasterwerk in de wand van het noordertransept geplaatst. In 1998 voerde dezelfde firma een restauratie uit. Hierbij is een electronische combinatie-inrichting geplaatst.
