- The organ in the Klosterkirche Mariä Himmelfahrt in Niederschönenfeld was originally built in 1653 by Paulus Prescher and was located on the nuns gallery. The organ has been preserved in unaltered condition until 1960, making it a unique instrument. The company Gebr. Sandtner restored the work in that year. They also expanded the stop list of the second manual and the pedal. The organ has a prospect on the church side, but also a facade with wooden pipes at the back of the organ. Both original registers of the Chorwerk were since 1960 located on this side.
- In 2018-2019 the instrument was rebuilt by Franz Schreier in collaboration with Klais Orgelbau. The new organ has fourteen stops. A large number of stops from 1960 has been re-used. The renewed organ was dedicated on October 27, 2019, with a concert by Florian Luderschmid.
