In the Spitalkirche in Füssen is an old positive, built in 1734. Originally the instrument was located in the Sankt Sebastianskirche, and in 1772 it was transferred to the Spitalkirche. It has been preserved unaltered. Gerhard Schmid carried out a restoration in 1966, after which the organ was placed in the Kripp-Kirche. Around 1980 it was placed back in the Spitalkirche.
