In 1896 bouwde Wilhelm Rühlmann een tweeklaviers orgel voor de Pauluskirche in Magdeburg. Het is in oktober 1896 in gebruik genomen.In 1949 is het instrument gerestaureerd. De dispositie is hierbij ingrijpend gewijzigd in meer barokke stijl. In 2004 voltooide Reinhard Hüfken een reconstructie van de oorspronkelijke situatie.
