In 1913 schonk Archibald Coghill een nieuw orgel aan de kerk van Newcastle-under-Lyme. Het orgel werd gebouwd door Arthur Hill. Het orgel werd in 1950 en 1963 door Hill, Norman & Beard gereviseerd. Ook is hierbij de dispositie gewijzigd. In 1995 werd het orgel verbouwd door George en Andrew Sixsmith. Deze vervingen de oude pneumatische tractuur door een electrische, waarbij een computergestuurde setzer werd ingebouwd. De speeltafel is ook geheel vernieuwd.
