In 1986 Alfred Führer built a new organ in the Wulphardikirche in Freiburg on the Elbe. It was built in a historic organ case from 1751. The maker of this case is unknown. It was rebuilt in 1839 by Peter Tappe. Heinrich Röver rebuilt it in 1899. Various old ranks were reused during the construction. A few stops are older than 1751. After restoration, they are also included in the Führer organ.
