Built by: Daniël (II) Schauten (1822)
The organ of the Klosterkirche in Eupen was built in 1822 by Daniel Schauten (the second). It originally had only one manual and an attached pedal. In 1839, Peter Müller expanded the instrument with an Unterwerk. An independent pedal was placed in 1880. Ernst Kühn carried out a restoration in 1959, when he also mofidied the stop list. One slide is unoccupied on the windchest of the Hauptwerk. Furthermore, two stops are missing. The organ has not been used for some time. In 1994, a positive from Schumacher was placed on the balustrade, in front of the old organ, but somewhat to the left side. This is currently the only usable organ in the church.
