In 1872 the old organ from the Stadtkirche in Hatzfeld was transferred to the Friedhofskapelle, now called Emmauskapelle. This organ was built by Johann Christian Rindt in 1706. The instrument was relocated by Peter Dickel. Gerald Woehl carried out a restoration in the years 1981-1984, reconstructing the original specification.
