- Na de bouw van Saint George's Church aan Hanover Square in London bouwde Gerard Smith in 1724 een orgel in de kerk. Dit instrument is door John Snetzler in 1774 uitgebreid. In 1864 bouwde William Hill het orgel volledig om. Dit geschiedde opnieuw in 1894 door Hope Jones. In 1896 raakte het orgel zwaar beschadigd door een brand. Hope Jones herstelde de schade in 1897. Harrison & Harrison bouwden in 1972 een nieuw orgel voor de kerk, waarbij enig pijpwerk werd overgenomen uit het oude instrument. Adviseur bij de bouw was Christopher Morris, organist van de kerk.
- In 2008 is besloten een geheel nieuw orgel in de oude kassen te laten bouwen door de firma Richards, Fowkes & Co. Adviseur bij de bouw was Ian Bell.
