The organ in the Nicolai Kirke in Nakskov was built by Poul-Gerhard Andersen in 1968. The organ case dates from 1648 and was manufactured by Johann Lorentz. The carving is by Søren Ibsen. There is nothing left of Lorentz's organ, except this case. In 1913 the company Starup & Søn built a new organ in this case with three manuals and 28 stops. The positive remained empty. Andersen's current work has 31 stops.
