J.J. Binns bouwde in 1928 een concertorgel in opdracht van Lady Cowdray voor de kapel in Dunecht House in Aberdeenshire. Het instrument is in 1947 gekocht door Richard Sykes, die het in zijn eigen huis, Sledmere House, liet plaatsen. De firma Binns, Fitton & Haley plaatste het orgel over. De oude kas werd niet geplaatst en er kwam een nieuwe speeltafel. Het instrument is in 1984 gerestaureerd en uitgebreid door de firma Principal Pipe Organ te York.
