In 1849 bouwden Groves & Mitchell een orgel voor Saint Paul's Church in Cambridge. Het werd in 1871 door Forster & Andrews herbouwd. In 1903 verplaatste A.T. Miller het binnen de kerk naar de noordzijde van het koor. Daarbij zijn veel wijzigingen uitgevoerd. In 1961 restaureerede de firma Leighton het orgel. Zij electrificeerden de tractuur en plaatsten een vrijstaande speeltafel op het koor. In 1977 is het instrument gereviseerd door Norman Hall.
