The organ in Pembroke College Chapel in Oxford is a piece of work by the Canadian company Létourneau, which was commissioned in April 1995. It is placed in the organ case that was present in the chapel. This case dates from 1726 and was built by John Harris for the Sheldonian Theatre in Oxford. In 1877 the organ case was removed from the Theatre because a new case was designed by Thomas Jackson for the organ there. The organ builder C. Martin from Oxford bought this case in 1891. It was placed in 1894 in the College Chapel around the organ of Charles Martin from 1893. The organ of Martin was demolished in 1994.
