William Hill plaatste in 1871 een tweeklaviers orgel in de Trevor Chapel van de All Saint Anglican Church te Gresford. In 1912 verbouwde dezelfde firma het orgel tot een drieklaviers orgel met pneumatische kegelladen en plaatste men het in het koor van de kerk. Het orgel is in 1995 gerestaureerd door Roy Billingsley.
