The Anglican Church of the Epiphany in Crafers was built in 1878, and enlarged in 1893 and 1899. A pipe organ was installed in 1903 by J.E. Dodd. This instrument was replaced in 1960 with another Dodd organ from 1900 from the Scots Church in Adelaide. The original organ was relocated to Victor Harbour, Saint Joan-of-Arc Catholic Church, where it still exists. In 1995, a new mechanical organ was built by Knud Smenge, and the old organ was sold to a private custromer. The new Smenge organ was dedicated on August 3rd, 1995. It has mechanical action with slider chests and 22 stops on two manuals and pedal.
